      RETURNS POLICY

      If you are not 100% happy with the True Fleece garment you purchased, you can return it no problem as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging to 104 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023. This may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the ship date. 

       

      WARRANTY

      If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your True Fleece garment, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the issue. We will replace your garment within 12 months of purchase if it has been damaged due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing - not due to misuse or neglect. Please return your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement.
